Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how UnblockedOps LLC, a New York limited liability company ("UnblockedOps," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with this website and our diagnostic and advisory services. We keep data collection deliberately minimal: this is a static marketing site with no accounts, no on-site forms, and no advertising trackers.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you email us or book a session through our third-party scheduling link, you may share your name, email address, company, and details about your systems and the challenges you're facing. You choose what to share; please don't send sensitive credentials or secrets by email.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in server and security logs used to operate and protect the site. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Our host may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

Booking and scheduling. Appointments are handled by a third-party scheduling provider on its own infrastructure. When you book, the information you enter (such as your name, email, and answers to the intake questions) is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the session.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct sessions, deliver and improve our services, send service-related communications, keep records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (which you may withdraw); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our practice (balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We share personal information only with the vendors that help us run the practice — currently our website host and content-delivery network, our scheduling provider, and our email provider — and only as needed for them to perform those functions on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International transfers

We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers of personal information out of the EEA, the UK, or other regions rely on an appropriate safeguard, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements — and then delete or anonymize it. Engagement materials are retained under the confidentiality terms of the applicable engagement.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither), and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at clayton.lemons@unblockedops.com; we will verify and respond as required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.

9. Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
